How can I contact you?

If you need to directly contact me for any reason, you can email me at [email protected], message me on Instagram, or Twitter. These contacts are more reliable than the built-in communication on this site. 

Do you ship internationally? (Outside the US)

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders outside of the US due to factors out of my control. If you're interested in my designs and are from outside the US, all products that are my own art is available to purchase on my ACGGOODS

Where do you ship from? 

I ship from my home in the United States. I don't have a warehouse or automated system, it's just me, so please be patient.

Who is your merchandise artist?

My designs are created by either myself or my friends. Artists are specified in the product description.

Will products be restocked?

Yes, products will be regularly restocked as they sell out. Production and stocking typically takes 1-4 weeks. 

Do you offer refunds?

Once a product is shipped, I can't offer you a refund, and your sale is final. If you would like a refund, please reach out and I can offer one so long as your order has not yet shipped. 


My package is lost! 

Oh no! Please double check your shipping information or open a missing mail claim with USPS website and contact your local post office. Once I ship out a package, unless it comes back to me, it is completely out of my control.
